SELF-PRACTICE PLANS

Self-practice plans are for those that would rather take more personal control over their practice or are unable to commit to regular in-person or online sessions. We offer bespoke plans tailored specifically to your needs, your goals and your body. 

The self-practice plans allow you to introduce the 3-Point Flow method to your routine at your own pace and frequency. 

There are two types of self-practice plans:

1) Monthly self-practice subscription:

This includes: 

1 x consultation call per month. This includes a call with an instructor specifically allocated to you. Here, you discuss your progress, your goals, and what you hope to gain from your personalised plans. Essentially, the consultation call helps us to understand where you’re at in your journey and to tailor a specific plan to help you achieve goals. 

1 x document with sequences specifically designed for you based on your current level, your body and your personal goals. Each month the exercises will be adapted depending on your progress. 

1 x online class per month. This is a class to help your allocated instructor identify where you’re at in your journey and understand your body - it ultimately allows them to tailor their experience in the best way for you. It will typically consist of the exercises and movements in your monthly sequences - the online class ultimately allows you to practice your monthly sequence with the instructor to make sure that your alignment and form is correct whilst also helping you better understand the exercises in the document and how to practice them alone. 

1 x unlimited access to our ONLINE STUDIO

2) One-off self-practice plan

This includes: 

1 x consultation call. This includes a call with an instructor specifically allocated to you. Here, you discuss your progress, your goals, and what you hope to gain from your personalised plans. Essentially, the consultation call helps us to understand where you’re at in your journey and to tailor a specific plan to help you achieve goals. 

1 x online class. This is done before you receive your plan. The aim here is for the instructor to gain an understanding of your body so they can tailor a plan that best suits your abilities and goals. It also allows you to better understand the poses and exercises that will be in your personalised sequence so that you understand the form and movement required for each posture or exercise. 

1 x document with a sequence specifically designed for you based on your ability level, your body and your personal goals.

Monthly Subscriptions: 

Pay-per-month = £80 monthly payments 

6 months upfront = £432

1 year upfront = £786 

One-off plan = £100
