WHAT IS 3-POINT FLOW?
3-Point Flow is a fusion of sculpting exercises, cardio and flexibility training designed to sculpt, tone and mobilise your body. It is a unique way of training; the method follows the sequence of a dynamic yoga flow whilst including repetition-based exercises and aerobic exercises. It unites the smooth transitions found in more traditional yoga practices with dynamic exercises found in Pilates and other forms of strength-based, sculpting ways of training.
The 3-Point Flow sessions can vary depending on the class or individual goals, however they generally adhere to a consistent sequence. This sequence comprises three main objectives, or “points.” The first point focuses on cardio and involves a dynamic, fast-paced flow at the beginning of the session. Transitioned seamlessly, the second point emphasises strength through repetitive exercises that enhance muscle tone and strength, incorporating a combination of functional training and Pilates exercises. Lastly, the third point concentrates on flexibility, utilising a stretch-based flow to enhance mobility and range of motion.

Yoga-focus: sessions of any style of Yoga (e.g Hatha, Vinyasa) depending on the clients needs. These sessions will incorporate the emphasis on mindfulness, sculpting and flexibility found in a classical 3-Point Flow class but the degree of this is dependent upon the unique requirements of the client.
Pilates-focus: Mat Pilates sessions tailored to the needs and goals of the client. These sessions incorporate the 3-Point Flow elements but the classes are constructed based on classical mat pilates sequences rather than the usual way of sequencing found in a classical 3-Point Flow class.
3-Point Flow Cardio: sessions revolving around the classical 3-Point Flow sequence, prioritising calorie burning and incorporating dynamic exercises specifically designed to elevate heart rate.
